In the event of an appliance failing, the gas will be capped off. In the event of the gas supply being found to be unsafe the whole supply will be shut off and a warning certificate and sticker will be issued. If a device fails the check, an explanation will be given and we will supply a quote to repair or replace the faulty appliance. We may even be able to repair it onsite.
